Residence – Full Refurbishment & Garage Conversion

A complete refurbishment and internal reconfiguration of a two-storey end-of-terrace mews house located within a conservation area in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The scheme focused on improving the layout and maximising usable floor area, including the conversion of the underused garage into fully habitable accommodation to form a new kitchen, significantly enhancing the functionality and flow of the ground floor. A key feature of the scheme is a large new opening that allows the kitchen to open directly onto the private courtyard, improving natural light, flow and the connection between indoor and outdoor space.
